With the shortness of product lifecycle and the increasingly fierce global competition, enterprises have increasing pressure. In order to improve supply chain advantage of sustainable competition, cooperate with other enterprises and expand the effects of supply chain, the businesses have to re-examine and design their supply chain network to achieve the aim that the whole supply chain network is best. Therefore, it becomes an urgent need for businesses to establish a good supply chain network.The main aim of supply chain network design is to determine the structure of product distribution channels from raw materials to market demand. On the foundation of analyzing present researches of supply chain network design and the theory of supply chain network, the uncertainty of customer demand is taken into account. The core business of supply chain network studied is the manufacturing business. Under the constraints of production capacity and equipment capacity and so on, the objective is the smallest overall cost of supply chain construction and operation. So the model of supply chain network design is establisd. The .objective function and constraint conditions with fuzzy parameters in the model are transformed based on fuzzy theory, and the model is transformed into the determine one. Because there is fierce competition between suppliers and distributors, the model of chapter 3 and chapter 4 is improved to be the multi-objective programming model in which the objectives are the smallest supply chain cost, the biggest weighted raw materials logistic of suppliers and the biggest weighted product of distributors. Finally, the example is solved by genetic algorithm and the results of the supply chain network design are obtained. The analyzed results show that competitive factors and the transformation of model are correct. The effectiveness and reliability of the supply chain network design model is revealed.Supply chain network design not only reflects the resource constraints, product flow, process optimization and other practical issues of enterprises, but also reflects the core competency of the supply chain. Therefore, the study of supply chain network model is conducive to reducing costs of member companies, plays a guide and reference role for supply chain network design of manufacturing enterprise and provides some support for scientific decision-making.
