Research On Operational Management During Constructing Nuclear Power Station

With the development of the technology and the theory of the Scientific Outlook on Development, to build a resource-conserving, environment-friendly society is becoming more and more exigent. In this situation, the clean power such as nuclear power is the development direction of the future power industry. Developing nuclear power actively has been one of the most important policies for Chinese power industry. It is of great significance to satisfy the increasing needs for the power with the economy and society development, guarantee the supply of the power and national safety, protect the environment ,optimize the configuration of industries and facilitate the sustainable development, as well as strengthen the national economy, promote industrial and technical grade, and enhance international status of our country.For the time being, the studies about the nuclear power plant focus on the analyses of nuclear safety and human errors, management of production and equipments. There are few studies about the operational management during the construction period.Because of the particularity of the handover of the nuclear power station: partial in construction, partial in operation(without production),and this situation will last until the beginning of commercial product operation. It is important not only for the promotion of the process ,the quality and the risk control of the construction if the operation and construction department could make accordance with the cooperation method and source conformity.Based on the analyses of mission, responsibility and task during the construction period, this thesis aims to explore the characteristics and mechanism of operational management during construction. First it make an introduction of the background of this thesis, after explain the handover of the whole nuclear power station, the missions of the operation department are defined clearly. With the comparison of the normal operation management, an introduction of new tasks were carried out ,with the presentation of some pertinence management mechanism herein. To the end, some advices and management practices were presented.This thesis is practice oriented. Details on operational management in Ling'ao Nuclear Power Station phaseⅡwere presented, which is of value for reference by the nuclear power station in the same period.
