Based On Results To Improve The Telecommunications Industry In Zhejiang Of Vocational Training

Vocational training as the inevitable product of social and economic development has become an essential part of human resource development. However, as far as the quality of the training is concerned, the professional training that the training agencies providing has become a mere formality. The various kinds of scattered training of the agencies can't make the enterprises and the workers feel satisfied. And most of the workers can pass the training so long as they take part in the training. Workers who pass the training have no discrimination between good and bad so that the trainings are short of availability. So the operators of the training agencies and scholars should think deeply a series of questions such as how to develop a product according with the demand of the economic which is competitive. They should also think that how to improve the effectiveness of the professional training and how to gain a foothold in the furious competition of the professional training.In this thesis, the telecommunications industry in Zhejiang Vocational training as an research object。Through in-deathly vacating training institutions in Zhejiang Province, involving in the project team, researching and analyzing of the current vocational training. The author has found the problem of professional training of Zhejiang telecommunication, namely, the effectiveness of training is not high. In order to solve the bottleneck in this development, improve the effectiveness of vocational training, the author of training needs, training curricula, training methods and training, assessing the choice of four key aspects of starting, combined with the characteristics of trainees. And then the author applies the project to the Zhejiang telecommunication business hall's workers'professional training to find deficiencies of the project and make a modification in the future woke to help the project can really be a guidance to the Zhejiang telecommunication professional training and management.
