A Study On AF Corporation Culture Construction

AF Education was set up in 1996. It deals in educational training such as software engineer,3G engineer. Since then, AF has had students more than ten thousand, and it has become a large private education and training enterprise of which the employment rate of its graduates remained over 96%, and has furnished the society with a numerous number of applied talents. "Devotion to employment" is AF's spirit culture, which is also the core value of AF; "project promoting learning", "learning organization" which is created by teachers voluntarily, etc. are AF's behavioral culture; compensation system, bonus system, etc. which are related directly to the student's employment constitute AF's system culture. The construction and teaching reform of practice base constitute AF's material culture.The three cultures, together with material culture, i.e. spirit culture, behavioral culture, system culture and material culture constitute AF's corporation culture. AF has been praised for its fame many a time. Corporation culture has been set Up in AF, which will benefit the student and the whole society. In this thesis, after probing into the cultural construction of AF Education, the author analyzed its existing problem and the underlying key causes of those problems through the survey of some authoritative report and the measurement of AF's corporation culture, and then ultimately came to a conclusion, and piloted plans to reform those problems that had been found out on the basis of the related theories of human resources and psychology.
