Study On The Informationization Risk Management Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

Informatization is the inevitable choice for most equipment manufacturing corporations in order to promoting their competitive power. However, high failure risk often accompanies their informatization process due to their specific operating patterns. So risk control of informatization is valuable and essential for researchers and managers.Combined with objective-oriented analysis, AHP is introduced to evaluate informatization risk. Based on quantitative and qualitative analysis, driving factors and significant levels of informatization risk in different steps are indentified. Risk control of informatization for equipment manufacturing corporations emphasizes the importance of control structure, and monitoring the whole process of informatization items. The case study on risk control of informatization in China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation indicates that risk control is feasible and effective under the condition that organization, planning and execution are controlled strictly.
