The Moving Speed Of The Object Optical Detection Method Of Its Application

The rapid development of information technology in today's society, thevideo information and image information occupu an increasingly largeproportion in multimedia communications.The research shows that more than95%of the information which aperson obtain is through the visual pathway. We can hear the sound and seethe actions of the objects through the video." Seeing is believing" profoundlyreveals the truth. The video image technology is applied more and morewidely in daily life. For example, traffic,the applicaon in the security, military,geographical and so on.The moving target detection is important in the intelligent of monitoringsystem. Especially we detect the moving target in the complex environment.Due to the influence of environmental noise, it is difficult to detect theintegrity or true moving target. Moving target detection means that extract ofthe moving targets real-time from the video stream, and analysis of themoving targets.This paper introduces the research background, development andapplication prospect of image and video technology. Studying on movingtarget detection method and inroducing several commonly used methods ofmoving target detection. Using frame difference and background differenceto detect the moving target of video stream. And it will be get a clearercontours of moving object. On this basis, I design of the viscosity coefficientof liquid physical experiment test platform which is base on the framedifference. And in the end, we can realization of measurement of thecoefficient of viscosity.
