With the great development of high-speed rail in recent years,the train speed faster and faster. The track fine-tuning is an important guarantee that high-speed train traveling safety and stable.This paper is for static fine-tuning period of the track,it analyzed the flow of static fine-tuning period of the track,including the stages of data measurement,data analysis and adjustment.Before the staff handle the stage of data analysis and adjustment manually and it will spent more time.The work of this paper is to make the static fine-tuning of the track adjusted automatic and it just could get the best results of fine-tuning.Thus the efficiency of the track fine-tuning is greatly improved. The main contents are as follows:(1)This paper introduced the knowledge of the track fine-tuning and the purpose of this paper.The status of the static fine-tuning of the track and Genetic Algorithm were also introduced.(2)Theory of function interpolation and curve fitting was studied in this paper.Through the experimental analysis of the approximation effect of several interpolation curve,we found that the effect of the cubic spline interpolation was good.After making a preliminary discussion of the relationship between the effect of fitting curve and the fitting order,we can draw the conclusion that the higher the order and the better fit.(3)Specific solutions for several key aspects of the track fine-tuning was put forward,including the selection of the trend line and the detection,feature extraction,classification of the problem range.Through the study of the relationship between the fairing,fitting value of the fitting curve and the fitting degree we determined the order of the trend line.The detection of the problem range was optimized by using cubic spline interpolation on the original data preprocessing.(4)In this paper we had a brief introduction on the basic idea and the basic elements of Genetic Algorithm,then discussed the characteristics and shortcomings of the Single Genetic Algorithm(SGA),then introduced some methods used to improve Genetic Algorithm,including Adaptive Genetic Algorithm(AGA).This paper put forward it own improvement program on Genetic Algorithm and showed a good performance through the experimental simulation.(5)Established a mathematical model of the track fine-tuning system and given the definition of the objective function.Described the realization of the system by using improved Genetic Algorithm.Through the experimental results,it could draw a conclusion that the design of the track fine-tuning system in this paper achieved the targets and the optimal adjustment programs obtained was reasonable.Finally,the application of this system in the software of high-speed rail fine-tuning was introduced.
