A Analyse Methodology For User Interactive Mode On Touch Based Information Inquires Public Facilities

Since the industrial revolution started, several hundreds of years have passed by. The industrial technology and the information technology are being developed rapidly, and all the products have been given more powerful features than ever, meanwhile, the operating procedures also become more complex.In this article, the whole text will be user-centered to structure the theory, it's focuses on research from the perspective of the user experience, interaction design objective of the origin, and summarized effective public access to facilities, touch interface of the analysis. Research includes: target audience analysis, based on user-centric interaction model of law. In the second half of this article, the research will use the case method to analyse the touch-interface interaction design to the public access facilities.This article will study from two aspects which are the user analysis and the interactive model design. First, existing users from the summarization methods, analyzes the limitations of the current user research proposed query system for touch-user research methods. Secondly, the concept of interaction design from the start of public access facilities for touch interaction design principles and interaction of two factors as established in the public use in the interactive touch-system theory approach. Finally, the Hangzhou public transportation facilities, touch interface design as an example query, the details start to 5W1H six elements as the key words for the user analysis and public facilities in touch with the premise of equal exchange interaction model for the design of practical work. The main achievements and innovations are as follows:1. Use 5W1H six element method to conduct user research.2. Analysis of the results based on user personas and use it to simulate an important role in the establishment in order to establish the premise of an equal exchange interaction model.
