With the development of network technology, more and more 3D scenes appear on the Internet. In recent years, E-commerce, SNS(Social Networking Services),3D webgame, etc. have developed rapidly.3D virtual scene will have a greater demand for a better online experience to users. So, how to rapidly model a 3D scene has become a hot topic. In this paper, on the basis of analysis of the existing 3D scenes building systems and related technology research status, rapid modeling method & optimizing method on perceptual image of 3D scene are proposed.Firstly, a rapid modeling method of basal 3D scene on symbols is proposed. Basic symbolic elements are defined, and their descriptions, definitions, and data model are also presented. Interactive semantics for the basic symbolic elements are given in order to interact conveniently, fast. And ensure the correct relationship between the symbolic elements in the plan, priority-based geometric constraint types are given. Finally the method of generating 3D scene from plan is introduced.A 3D model & scene search technology based on graph kernel is proposed, and use the search technology to modeling complicated scenes. In this paper, the method of representing scenes as graphs that encode models and their semantic relationships is introduced. Then a graph kernel between these relationship graphs that compares common virtual substructures in two graphs and captures the similarity between their corresponding scenes is defined. We apply this framework to find similar scenes, and context-based model search. Finally, use the model search to modeling complicated scenes. An optimization technique of the 3D scene based on the perceptual image is proposed. Perceptual image vocabulary of 3D models and scenes are selected through the questionnaire,3σcriteria, factor analysis, and cluster analysis methods. Then use questionnaire and quantification-I theory to obtain the final image evaluation of each 3D model & scene. Finally, with the given image theme of 3D scene, according to the sort of contribution to value, select the best replacement of models to optimize the scene. Finally, the methods discussed in this paper are applied to an indoor 3D scene modeling system, and the application is illustrated with 3D scene examples.
