After vigorously increase inputs in library and intelligence, the construction of infrastructural facilities have taken initial shape.wheteher the information technology and information system can be operatived availably should be paid attention in the development of library and intelligence. And that's the user acceptance of information technology in information servicesThe current research is difficult to be as a guide of the practice of management user acceptance. The acceptance and usage of information technology is a dynamic process formed by a course of action, not a single activity. The comprehensive factors model of user acceptance in information service based on process analysis can better describe and understand the process and nature of user acceptance.Firstly, this paper explain the concept of technology acceptance and analysis the influencing factor in every stage. And then the comprehensive factors model of user acceptance of doucument database system in the information service system based on the current research is built. Questionnaire survey is operated to analysis the model to summary the influencing factors of users acceptance of doucument database system. In addition, longitudinal study is developed to analysis the updating process of brief constructs and behavior intention with the use of document database system. The result indicates that PEOU and PU are still the key factors influencing user acceptance of doctument database. With the increase of use,self-efficency,perceived usefulness and behavior intention are dynamic. What is more important, the results supported that TAM can be applied to a longitudinal dynamic pattern. To the information service agency, user involvement in the process of development can increase their enthusiasm; the perceived ease of use will be increased if the interface of system is accord with the user mental; the need for continuous training of new technologies should be highlighted. Continuous training and support over a longer time-span, beyond the initial introduction, will continue to raise users' self-efficacy and help improve their beliefs in the applications, and eventually aid in its continued use.
