With the gradual improvement of the living standards, people's safety is in an increasingly high demand. The traditional alarm system based on telephone network, widely applied in the society, cannot eliminate security threats in a satisfactory manner. Because its alarm function will not work when the telephone line has been cut off. Thus, a network that cannot be cut off is demanded to accomplish alarm, and the image of criminal suspect is required to be provided in the first time.Based on the actual need of security alarm, as well as the development of IOT(the Internet Of Things), we developed a 3G-based Cyber-Physical Alarm System(CPAS), a new kind of alarm system. It can snapshoot the intruded objects in the first time, by combing the infrared detection and image monitoring. And it also can achieve reliable communication between system terminal and alarm-receiving centre, by utilizing the WCDMA functionality of Internet access, which could eliminate people's security threats further.According to the general scheme, both hardware and software have conducted in depth study. In hardware aspect, we first put forward the design structure, and then expound the methods of circuit design, as well as the points of PCB design in details. In software aspect, we first introduce the program framework of the system terminal, then focus on the design and implementation of each function, especially for the function of wireless communication and image acquisition. Besides," we propose a reliable mechanism for image transmission, including protocol protection, and ensure the reliability of image transmission further.At last, we discuss the software design of alarm-receiving centre, and realize the reliable image transmission in the experiment platform. The results show that the system we presented has certain research value and social benefits for the application of IOT in security alarm field.
