With the growing demand for the mobile satellite communication,Vehicle-borne Mobile Satellite Communication System,which includes mechanical structure design, hardware circuit design, software design, communication system design and servo system design, has been paid more and more attention for its broad market prospects. In particular,the servo system design relates to a wide range of theoretical knowledge ,contains of automatic control theory, sensor technology and mechanical transmission theory,etc. For its R&D difficulty, the domestic market is occupied by foreign brands gradually. It's imminent to develop a Vehicle-borne Mobile Satellite Communication System that belongs to us to protect the independent intellectual property rights and the national security.The key to solve this is just the design of servo control system.This article is based on the author's practical experience to research,design and debug the Vehicle-borne Mobile Satellite Communication System. Including the mechanical mechanism design, communication system design and hardware circuit design. Combination of servo control system design theory and the actual situation of the Vehicle-borne System, Study all aspects of the servo system, including the implementation of the components, sensors, PID control algorithm, PID parameter setting. By selecting suitable PID algorithm and PID parameter setting to reach the best PID control algorithm ,related to which to test the performance of the antenna system on the Simulation platform.At present, the system has completed the Simulation Turntable stationary and single azimuth axis movement, tilt axis uniaxial movement, azimuth axis and pitch axis together motion testing.The result shows that this system can rapidly achieve satellite searching and tracking in whether stationary state or movement state.The actual environmental test is being prepared to expect an enterprise production in the near future.
