Along with the continues development of computerization and network technology, the network infrastructure are becoming better and better day by day, numerous enterprise IT system were built to support the operation needs of the enterprise, such like supply chain system, customer relation management system, human resource management system, financial system, email system and so forth. These systems played critical roles in the past. But now, more and more CEO realized that people is the most valuable resources of their organization.
