Induction heating is a new way of heating,relativing to the tradi-tional way of heating. Induction heating power supply has been widely applied into industry because of its energy saving, high efficiency and no pollution. This paper briefly introduced the basic principle and the development trend of induction heating technology, analyzed power regul-ating methods of induction heating power supply. Comparing several power conditioning manner, this paper employ the PWM.The traditional analog phase-locked loop based on the CD4046 is mostly used in the induction heating power supply frequency tracking channel, but the traditional analog phase-locked loop has some shortcomings, such as narrow frequency track scope, slow dynamic response, bad reliability, need of using auxiliary circuit to realize dead time and so on. A method of implementing digitizing Phase-Locked Loop based on FPGA +AVR was puted forward in this paper puts forward, according to the mathematics model of Phase-Locked Loop (PLL). The design of software and hardware have carried on the detailed elaboration in the paper.This paper also analyzed closed-loop control systembased on current of simpling, drive circuit of IGBT, protective circuit and PI control circuit.And also designed the keyboard control and display circuit.In theoretical analysis foundation, this paper adopted 50kW with the frequency 40 kHz of Induction heating power, verifying the feasibility and practicability of the theory and the circuit.
