Along with the intensification of global competition and the rapid development of information technology, logistics science becomes one of the most influential disciplines. In China, more and more demand for industry information promotes the rapid development of logistics information releasing platform to adapt themselves to the changes of the logistics industry's market. The real-time and the accuracy for the information of the logistics information releasing platform is in full compliance with the requirements of domestic logistics industry information, and which has already become the main source of domestic logistics industry information. The system is a Web application based on J2EE, which includes functions of registration, management of the goods resource information, management of the vehicle resource information, management of the special transportation-line service information, the main customer service and the backstage login and etc. This information releasing platform is developed based on MVC mode. It can be divided into following layers:the view layer, the control layer, the business logic and the persistence layer. The view layer is realized by JSP, the control layer is realized by Struts and the persistence layer is realized by Hibernate. MySQL of MySQLAB Company is utilized as Database, which is enough for the small and medium-sized projects, Tomcat is applied as servlet container at Server, Eclipse is the development tool. The whole system is implemented to meet the requirements of client. The thesis introduces the background, the current situation, the scope of application and developing technologies firstly. And then describes the system requirements analyses, feasibility analyses and data flow analysis. Then the system design and the implementation of the target system are presented with emphasis. In the part of system design, the whole scheme is proposed on the system goal, the implementing mentality and the system analysis; in particular, the detailed description of function design and the database design are given In the part of system implementation, methods are introduced about how to implement each module of the system. Finally, an objective evaluation of the system is made by carrying out a comprehensive system test.
