To improve the management of the product design and development process in ISO9000-certified enterprises and to realize the computerization of the paperless working processes, a method for the product design and development processes modeling was proposed mainly based on the evolution processes of the process documents. A prototype system for the product design and development management was developed, including various template-processes modeling, product-oriented design processes instantiation, product-oriented multi-documents'collaborative process monitoring and single-document's evolution process monitoring, et al. To realize automatic task allocation in multi-project and multi-task environment, a genetic algorithm was designed and a task allocation model was constructed. Finally, in order to accommodate with the cloud manufacturing application, the data interface of the prototype system was adjusted and the applications for different users in cloud manufacturing were demonstrated.Chapter I:The significance and purpose of the research were described in the chapter. The background of this study and the status of relevant technologies at home and abroad were analyzed.Chapter II:The research methods and contents of the product design and development process management were introduced. With the process approach of the ISO9000, processes were analyzed based on the enterprise's product design and development projects. A method for the design and development process management in ISO9000-certified enterprise was proposed mainly based on the process documents.Chapter III:With the process-oriented method proposed in the previous chapters, a task-allocation model and a quality-control model were presented based on the design-oriented multi-documents'collaborative processes and single-document's evolution processes.Chapter IV:The process management information system was realized based on the process documents. The functions'trees, the system's architecture and the data structures were presented. At last, an algorithm for the resource optimization in multi-project and multi-task environment was designed.Chapter V:Based on an application example, the process of the prototype system was demonstrated.Chapter VI:The requirements of task management and resource management were roughly studied for cloud manufacturing. And the data interfaces for the function modules of the prototype system were adjusted, in order for the application on the cloud manufacturing environment.Chapterâ…¦:The article was summarized and the possible future improvements were pointed out.
