At present, Official businesses without papers have become more and more common in most modern enterprises. Electronic documents become the critical information asserts of enterprises. So, the management of electronic documents constitutes an essential part of enterprise information security. Removable storage devices facilitate the information interactioins and people's jobs. While, it brings up the potential security risks. It deserves attentions that how to ensure the safe using of electronic documents in removable storage devices.In this dissertation, the electronic document security technology and electronic document management system were carefully discussed. It was designed and implemented that a prototype system based on J2EE lightweight framework for electronic document security management system in removable storage devices at the server side. The main work of this thesis are listed as follows:(1) Existing electronic document security management systems and related theoretical and technical studies were reviewed. And a detailed introduction for J2EE development platform was given.(2) An technical solution was proposed, which was based on J2EE lightweight framework for electronic document security management system in removable storage devices at the server side. Using a layered design philosophy, the main part of server side was made up of Struts2, Spring and Hibernate. And by integrating the mina framework, client connects to the socket server. The system with high scalability and high maintainability was developed.(3) A lightweight authentication and access control solutions based on Struts2 interceptor mechanism was given. The program marked the required permissions to access resources using JDK5 Notes, and Struts2 interceptor was used to determine the permissions before the request reaches the business logic. Compared with the Spring Security framework program, the program has a simple, lightweight characteristics.(4) The system design and implementation was completed. And the detailed tests of the system were also carried out.Finally, a summarization of the dissertation is given and the future work is prospected.
