With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, wireless communications offers a wide range of business services; they gave rise to more and more convenient and colorful cultural life. However, the spectrum resource has become an important factor restricting with the constant appearance of the broadband business. Spectrum resources are limited, the improvement of the spectrum utilization become of their way to effectively solve. Cognitive radio technology is arisi ng thus. He is an effective way to improve the spectrum utilization. In this paper, the LTE system using cognitive radio technology occupies the authorized spectrum resources to achieve spectrum sharing, in this case, we study the resource allocation algorithm of LTE system.Non-authorized interference must not exceed the interference threshold of the authorization system; it is a prerequisite for the spectrum sharing. Therefore, the spectrum allocations of the cognitive LTE system must consider not only maximize the system capacity but also the interference of the authorization system. This thesis is the study of cognitive LTE downlink physical channel resource allocation algorithm. That is based on OFDM cognitive radio resource allocation.First, the article describes the background and significance of research on cognitive radio technology and the principle of OFDM technology.Secondly, the paper describes the subcarrier allocation algorithm of cognitive radio based on OFDM. That is the largest capacity of subcarrier allocation algorithm base on fair of proportional.Again, the paper introduces two power allocation algorithms:Incremental power loading algorithm A and incremental power loading algorithm B. The difference of the two power allocation algorithm is Step in different ways. And two power allocation algorithm for the simulation comparison.Finally, we depend on the scene to create a simulation model. Radar is as the authorization system and LTE system is as unauthorized system. LET system uses the previous chapter subcarrier allocation algorithm and three power allocation algorithm for subcarrier and power allocation. We compare the performance of different resource allocation algorithms through MATLAB simulation.
