With the development of information technology, the problem of information security is more and more concerned by people. The computer worm is one of the most serious security problems, which can cause acute threats to the development of the Internet. Now, fruitful research results have been achieved with a lot of methods, and these methods are summarized in this paper. There are many identical characteristics between worm propagation and infectious diseases in ecology, and at the same time, as the computer worm propagation in the network, more and more new features are shown, such as bonnets can prey on each other. The traditional models cannot well study these new features, and need to be improved. For the new phenomenon, this paper analyzes the defects of traditional models. This thesis takes the competitive and prey factors into account, and proposes a new model of WPW model based on the Predator-Prey model. This thesis analyzes the nature on the WPW model. WPW model is a non-autonomous system, and in this paper, this thesis use comparison method directly to discuss the stability problem of the non-autonomous systems, and come to the conclusion that reduce the connectivity of the node in the network can curb the spread of worm propagation. Blocking factors, as well as methods to discuss the stability problems of autonomous systems and non-autonomous systems in the traditional differential equations are summarized. In accordance with the worm simulation experiment, use Matlab software, which uses mathematical interpolation, to simulate the spread of worm in a fully connected network. Use Netlogo software, which can be able to simulate a large number of individual behavior, to simulate the spread of worm in scale-free network, which is close to the reality network, and verify that the discussion on the stability of the WPW model.
