With the rapid development of Internet, and virtualization technology continuing to mature, cloud computing as a new commercial calculation mode, obtained the rapid development. It has become the enterprise and scholars' research hot spot and has wide application in scientific research, medical, network security and so on. Cloud computing will be the future of the Internet.Cloud computing integrates of cloud computing resources of the Internet and makes computing from client to "clouds". As a service provided to customers via the Internet, it means computational ability can also serve as goods circulation, like water and electricity. But at the same time, there are also some potential safety problems in cloud computing, such as the security of user privacy information and these problems will become huge obstacle of development and popularization of cloud computing. Basing on resource management model in grid, we put forward a new model that is called credibility assessment model. The calculation formula of the reputation and credibility update function which can calculate precise and valuable reputation was given in this thesis. Cloud service providers and cloud service users can select the good credibility of service providers and resource requester through this reputation evaluation module which can calculate and test the reputation of cloud service providers and cloud service users. It will be a great help for the security of cloud computing and it is also one of important researches in cloud computing.Based on reputation of Qos of classification algorithm, the efficiency of assignment of resources and cloud computing resource management can be improved through the simulation test. So credibility assessment model introduced in cloud computing environment can improve credibility of cloud service providers and cloud services consumers to resolve users'security issues. The model in our thesis will greatly promote the development of cloud computing, prompting cloud computing popularity in our country.
