The Estate Industry Management System Design And Implementation

In the ten years of 21st century, the real estate industry has developed rapidly, and has become a pillar industry of our country economy. The high-quality residence merchandise building needs an efficiently reasonable management at the same time, the estate management becomes an industry with the tide of the times. So far the traditional and artificial estate management style, makes the management efficiency very low, and the safety badly, have already far and far fallen behind the development speed of the modern estate management. Apply the information technology to the estate management, to development efficiently, safety of estate management system have become our tasks.This text has adapted from the successful developing estate management system theory and technical foundation at home and abroad, analyses the present condition of estate management and the shortage of existing system at satisfing customer's need existence. With the target for stressing actual application, and the practical model of the estate management, we give the design aim and topic's task. This system is designed for Yin Yi xin Yuan district,we has investigated yixinyuan area's actual circumstance and working process, and then carry on a development.We provide an efficiently, convenient and safe management means for the estate management of yixinyuan district.At first, the study establishes the technique foundation of estate management system in the text,and then analyze the function of system in practice.We try our best to attain powerful function and convenience of use. The system adopts B/S design patterns, developed strictly detailed step according to the software engineering.First,We give the functional requirement analysis and nonfunctionnal requirement analysis, and the diagram of cases; then establish an object model, give class diagram; establish timing diagram and activity diagram for model;decompose the system into some sub-systems,and give the object design model and the main fraims and detailed design; Combining with SQLServer2000 database technology, create the system database data entity and logic structure design; finally,give the concrete realization of serval system main mold piece, describe a few points,crux in the course of realization of thinking way to resolve on the technique. In the last part,we tally up the mainly system's shortage and the problem needed to be solved, and give the direction and some own viewses.
