Petrochemical Enterprises Substation Operation, System Design And Implementation

Substation switching operation is the main mean for change and adjustment of power system operation mode and the operation permit for switching operation is the determinant to guarantee right operation. Therefore, the right and examined operation permit is effective guarantee to prevent misoperation. Issue operation permit is cumbersome and experienced work, which needs the maintenance personnel must be familiar with structure of power system and operation instruction of electrical equipment and be provided with rich electrical professional knowledge and practical experience as well as highly attention from beginning to end. The traditional manual filling out the operation permit already can not meet the requirements of power system safe operation. Make use of computer instead of manual filling out the operation permit has the extremely vital significance to reduce labor intensity, improve efficiency and prevent mistakes with rapid increase of substation automation and widespread use of computer technology in the power system.In order to solve problems of manual filling out the operation permit in substation of Petrochemical enterprises, this paper mainly introduces a substation operation permit expert system which using Visual c + + 6.0 and Access as main development tools, anatomizing application objects and setting up inference engine, database and knowledge base, using inference engine to search for solution space of knowledge base and using reasoning technology of expert system to form all kinds of operationing tasks. Maintenance personnel choose different operating tasks and other configuration items by given graphical interfaces and the system automatic generates corresponding operation contents. This paper introduces the method of separating knowledge base from inference engine to make the system easy maintenance. Furthermore, this paper designs graphics production system and management system to issue, file, refer, count, print and other functions of operation permit in order to make human-computer interaction friendly and easy operation.
