Research And Design An ET Training Platform For Primary School Teachers Based On ASP.NET

Aiming at the actual need of the Educational Technology training, which is for the primary school teachers in Jingdezhen, and combining with analyzing the existing Educational Technology training platform, this paper designs a new Educational Technology training platform by some web technologies, such as ASP.NET, which is adapt to the Primary teachers of Jingdezhen.The new training platform will be able to effectively improve the Educational Technology training efficiency of primary school teachers in Jingdezhen, and cut down the training expenses, and make it keep normalization, continuous and highly involvement. The anticipated platform will integrate into group's ideas, the long tail, the trainers interaction and so on. Teachers can join in the training in all places by this training platform, so that can make effective use of collaborative Sharing of Web.This contents include three parts as follows. First, preparation of the study. Second, analysis of empirical research. Third, design of the platform. The three parts are closely related, which must be done step and step, or it can't realize the objectives of the study. The three parts are gradually progressive, which are inseparable.The first portion is the base and starting point of this research. It mainly combs the aims, the methods, steps, and reviews the existing literatures, and illustrates some basic concepts and technologies, such as educational technology, ASP.NET and so on.The second portion is the empirical analysis. It includes a case study of the rural primary schools, the empirical analysis of the existing Educational Technology training platforms and carrying on the sampling questionnaire survey. This section receives the first-hand information which is needed for the design of the Educational Technology training platform, being adapt to Jingdezhen, through a comprehensive empirical analysis of the three objects---the primary schools, the existing training platform, teachers. The information will provide an effectiveness of security for the system design of the third part.The third portion is to design a new training platform. The main content concludes system planning, requirement analysis, the operation procedure analysis, data structure designing, the design of Human-Machine interface and so on. It will adopt ripe system development method and prototype design, which can ensure the researched Educational Technology training platform effectiveness and openness, that is based on ASP.NET. At last, it proposes the formulation of the relevant policies and system, which can ensure the smooth implementation of new training platform and running.
