Information technology, networking is an important feature of the modern port development, stable and efficient container port operating distribution system is a strong guarantee efficient operation. The use of advanced computer technology, port information, networking, paperless and logistics of the whole visualization and intelligent, has become a port of transportation problems to be solved. Currently, the port's container throughput has reached an alarming height, makes ISO containers as a shipping container in the port trade tools play an increasingly important role, so how to improve the speed and efficiency of container loading, as many challenges facing the port. Ships operating distribution system design and implementation plan to assist end users to quickly and accurately ship job distribution, so that efficient operation of container ports, ports for the transport of information technology, network drive with a larger role and significance.Currently, most ships operating distribution system the presence of functional instability, backward mode of operation, the operation is relatively complex series of problems. Based on this, using sun's Java language, based on Oracle database, the application of J2EE three-tier C / S structure of the development model, in Eclipse + Tomcat platform designed and implemented a set of fully functional with the personalized and operation of the ship distribution planning system. Client-side use of the system MVC design pattern, each interface corresponds to a MVC pattern; server side we use J2EE, EJB components. The overall architecture includes the following three layers:(1) Presentation Layer: handles user interaction and user interface display, the user login system, create the information, content, and delivery.(2) Business Logic Layer: ship operations planning system for business logic can handle the ship's business logic to manage things on the ship operations, ship operations and safety management.(3) Resource access layer: low-level middleware for the resource access layer that functions to achieve a variety of resources to read and read after handling.This development of the ship operating distribution system to achieve the following design goals:(1) The convenience and flexibility: The system can flexibly handle a variety of business logic; easily query information to the ship operation, easy management of the ship classification plan.(2) Easy data transfer and modification capabilities: the ability to handle real-time data.(3) To facilitate the search function: to provide ship plan, the bridge bank information, ship static information, not submitted plans, submitted plans, canceled plans, ship details and other information inquiries.(4) The user interface is simple, easy: try to make the system simple and convenient interface, a glance, the use of business people are most familiar with business processes and practices, even those who have not used this software can be quickly proficient with the software, and the successful completion of business processes.(5) The system is stable: in strict accordance with specifications of the software project management, the use of Windows system memory management and multitasking features, from the technical to ensure system stability and reliability.The results of using system showed that the design of the system is simple, easy to use, staff can quickly grasp the steps to overcome the traditional hand-made plan requires repeated reading more books of this plan, the registration list, fill out a single test such complicated steps to reduce the ship plans staff on strength, improve operational efficiency and quality of work terminals, reducing the error rate. Terminal operations improve the throughput and increase the economic efficiency while standardizing the terminal mode and scene.
