The Study Of Prevention And Control On Information Pollution Based On Information Ecological Chain

Information pollution, as the environmental pollution caused in industrial society, is the inevitable product of information society. It not only affects information man on the information identifying and information decision ability, but also causes serious threats to the normal operation of information industry and healthy development of information ecological chain. Therefore, the prevention and control of information pollution become an imminent event. So the author makes a research on the information pollution prevention and control from the perspective of information ecological chain.This paper elaborates in the introduction the purpose and significance of studying information pollution prevention and control, research status at home and abroad, research framework and methods. And then in the second part, the information ecological chain is introduced. In this chapter, the author not only redefines the information ecological chain through comparative analysis, but also builds a model of information ecological chain and makes horizontal and vertical analysis, all of which are theoretical basis of research pollution prevention and control. In the third chapter, the author briefly presents concept, connotation, causes, manifestations and hazards of information pollution which act as preparations for the prevention and control of information pollution. Finally, in the fourth and fifth chapters, the author focuses on the information pollution prevention and control which is the main part of this article. In the fourth chapter, we do it from the information main chain point of view. On the one hand, a three-layers of information pollution prevention and control model is constructed against the information flow in the information main chain; on the other hand, we can prevent and control information pollution by cultivating information literacy of the information man. In the fifth chapter, advises are given to information pollution prevention and control in the future from the perspective of information environment chain, specifically from four elements of information environment chain, that is information technology, information policy, information ethics and information culture. In conclusion, the author shows innovations, deficiencies of the paper as well as the direction of future research. The research methods used are comparative analysis, modeling structure and literature investigation.
