Web discharge increased because the Internet technology had extensive application and rapid development, which resulting in network congestion, server overload phenomenon. Web caching technology is an effective way to solve this problem, this paper through a proxy server cooperation technique to solve the problem of network load and improve the user's access speed. The study in this paper is as follows:First, by the way of trajectory analysis for Web access logs, the analysis find that Web access features with temporal locality and spatial locality, the frequency of visits obey the Zipf law and the document size have the regular of heavy-tailed distribution. These analysis and research are theoretical basis for establish a better caching system.Second, to solve the problem of net congestion and un-balance of server load, a kind of cooperate partition caching model which based on hot spot duplication has been created. This model can play a role in distributing net resource reasonably and releasing net congestion through load equalizer. Also, this model can reduce server load by the cooperation among proxy servers. Besides, the advantages of this model have been approved according to the aspect of the hit rate of caching, system cost and access delay.Finally, aiming at one or two parameters among accessing frequency, file size and accessing time span, consider the three parameters, this paper creates a kind of zoning-hybrid algorithm which bases on HCSC model. The complex level of this algorithm is relative low and easy to realize. In addition, the hit-rate and bit hit-rate have enhanced.
