With the rapid development and integration of mobile comrrlunication and Internet, GPRS wireless networks making high—speed access to the Internet becomes reality and mobile users can enjoy services provided by Internet. Make good use of the advanced wireless communication network and hand held device is a new and important appliance to benefit worker to for data transfer.It will also bring opportunities for enterprise.The topic is to combines compmer technology,wireless communication technology,mobile platform technology,and use advanced wireless communications network and handheld devices, analysis based on the Android mobile phone platform, Focuses on the embedded data communication between the Android Mobile and computer.It mainly complete data acquisition and storage on Android Mobile,it also need to achieve communication to server,complete data synchronization;The server's task is responsible for receiving and storing data; In order to ensure the security of data transmission,in this paper,we designs and implements data encryption and efficacy.In this paper,first of all, a systematic study of the background on the current network development is introduced. Then we made a detailed analysis of the Android platform and its architecture.Finally,the advantages of Android are instructed through comparison with other mobile operating system.This paper puts forward a detailed system architecture and the solution of system server side and client side.Also introduces the related theories, platforms and technologies which can realize the server in embedded database synchronous communication systems.According to system requirements,It designs four modules in the client side which based on Android,that is,data storage,data upload, data download,SMS;On the server side,It will accept the request of connection to the client's.Which adopt JDBC database access technology to complete data storge.In addition,in order to ensure data security, the schema design encryption for the xml files. Finally,the system is deployed and tested.
