Magnetic encoder is a new magnetic sensitive components based on detection device. Compared with electro-optical, it has lots of advantages, such as high speed, the level of shock resistant being much better than optical-electrical encoder, the strong anti-interference ability, adapting to Harsh environment dustproof and prevent oil, the overall structure simply, installating easily, commissioning, reliable, easy to miniaturization and lower price. Therefore, magnetic encoder has a large potential market, with the future of many areas replacing optical-electrical encoder.The performance of the magnetic encoder mainly depends on the performance of the magnetic sensor, magnetic gate of magnetization technique. Due to the high resolution magnetic gate encoder production process complex, development costs is higher, and the volumes become larger. The single magnetic poles of the gate and need at high magnification, the magnetic encoder electronic subdivision, during disturbance easy to enlarger angle error, leading to low accuracy. Therefore, this paper has a research on ausing a fixed subdivision multiples integrated hall sensors and low resolution magnetic gate (50 poles magnetic field).The quality of the magnetic field magnetic gate and distribution will decide the signal of the analog happening to generate quality of the signal. The stand or fall of them can influence the precision of the encoder and the difficulty of the signal processing. Signal processing parts in the high-speed encoder can achieve precise, quickly calculation position information, and decide the coder performance. So this paper will focus on magnetic gate of the magnetic field distribution and the magnetic bar processing, installation bring, the paper analyses the error.In the magnetic field distribution, based on the static magnetic field theory, an ideal situation the multipole type magnetic gate of the magnetic field distribution model will be builded, through the use of magnetic Ansys12.0 software on the gate of the magnetic field distribution processing physical simulation, getting the 3D magnetic field distribution. Through the above two ways of theoretical research, and guide the signal of the design, test and produce partial structure design.Magnetic field signal detection chip adopt Austria_electronic AS5306 chip, the chip has fixed the subdivision of the times, to produce a magnetic poles every 40 pulse. Due to the processing and installation of the existence deviation, can cause a cascade of magnetic testing. When changed not badly, the chip can inhibit these errors.Finally, this paper will develope a basis of a miniature and high speed incremental magnetic encoder by the theoretical analysising and the simulating. By testing the performance, we can make the encoder achieving certain performance indicators, and has small, fast, reliable operation, etc.
