For over30years of reform and opening up,economic in all places have apparentlyimproved. However, with the rapid development of economic and social and the sharp increasein social wealth, the fire events have been presenting upward trend. In the whole country, only inJanuary2011to November,116,653fire have occurred,945people died,551people injured,and direct property loss of1.16billion yuan. In view of the fire hazards in society, thedevelopment of the remote fire alarm monitoring system has aroused the attention and interest ofthe fire units. This article aims to study the design and implementation of a fire alarmmanagement system with a full-featured, connected through the Internet, browse the deviceonline to manage.This paper is in accordance with system project development steps. Firstly, we haveproposed the business needs and characteristics of the remote fire alarm management andmonitoring system. Secondly, we have mainly designed and realized the remote alarm system,GIS map positioning, network construction unit of information management system, andwebpage browsing.Thirdly, we have achieved regular or irregular equipment inspection andadministrator information management system. Then, we have made detailed design of thesystem database structure.Moreover, by means of referencing to the development of currenttechnology, we have summaried and analyzed Java EE technology and architecture. Finally, wehave shown the diagram of the demonstration effect in final chapter of this paper.The system design is based on the Java EE technology, with B/S(browser/serve) softwarestructure and MVC design pattern ideas. HTML+JSP+ExtJS is adopted to achieve the front page,meanwhile, Servlet+JSP is utilized to realize the business Logic Layer. We have chosen Oracleas the database of the system, because of its high performance and Large memory capacity. Wehave made use of JDBC technology to guarantee that the database and business layer of thesystem can be visited to. For the overall system design and implementation issues, we use theUML which facilitate the future upgrades for the entire system to achieve system design,modeling and analysis.
