The traffic has become a serious problem affecting the urban improving. With the development of the social economic and the expedition of the urbanization, traffic congestion has been an inevitable problem of our life, and the challenges of our social sustainable development. The urban tendency data, namely, the log of our running city, reflects the changing around. With the technology of GPS booming up, we can get a certain numbers of data of vehicle with the high precision location data. At the same time, with the developing data processing capabilities, the technology for acquiring the low precision date from the cellular network tends to be mature. With the help of these two ways for data analysis, we could get the related information about the speed of the traffic flow. These data make an insight of solving the city traffic problem.This paper proposed a universal data model for the location date, and also made a plan for the date and their inner relationship when analyzing with them. They provide the date supporting and model foundation for the algorithms of traffic flow analysis.Subsequently, this paper proposed three algorithms of the matching between the location point and the corrective road, analysis with the high precision data and using the low precision mobile phone data for the traffic speed analyzing .Corresponding to the three problems, we focused on correcting the large amount of date, analyzing the high precision date and the low precision date. Pointing at the three algorithms above, we took full use of the real date from some city, and designed the made our experiment, and then analyzed the result we got.Finally, this paper gave a conclusion of the algorithm and the result, and then made the prospects of the future work.
