Micro-blog is a variant of the traditional blog. The change of form lies in the change of content. Scientific and technological progress, the era of fragmentation, as the content changes, contributed to the formation of micro-blog. In fact, micro-blogs in China, born out of the twitter, are more suitable for Chinese people's requirements.Micro-blog has an unique channel of information communication, which influences the interpersonal model and relationship, informs the virtual community which is blending virtual and real loose. The fuction of "following", "comment", "retweet", "@"and so on, make the information communication in micro-blog often has a viral effect. The nodes in different positions and different kinds of relationships have their own formation mechanisms and fuctions.As a type of"we media", micro-blog is still at an early stage of development, its combination with the mass media is not close. This paper will come to one conclusion: the micro-blog is more of a platform for interpersonal communication, and the communication process takes more embodiment as interpersonal communication within the platform and the communication within the community. And the most significant of these virtual communities of information communication is characterized by "interpersonal oriented". This paper will start from the information communication models to analyze the "interpersonal oriented" communication model of micro-blog.In the information age, the mode of communication has undergone enormous changes. "Human values", which had been ignored for long, began to be highlighted. The new media, represented by micro-blog, has enhanced the regression to "interpersonal oriented " of communication forms. This paper will analyze the reasons and requirements of this regression, and discuss how to improve the communication effects within micro-blog.In this paper, the theory is mainly related to social network theory and communication theory, research methods include documents research, content analysis, questionnaire survey and case study.
