At present, Roboticized data collection and transmission devices are used in the resource monitoring fields of water conservancy, electric power and gasser, based on GPRS wireless network to transmit data. Due to the wireless characteristic and transmission mode of GPRS network and the instability of the network provided by ISP, a lot of exception are caused, for example, data losing, data overstock and network disconnection. So a lot of remote wireless monitoring system based on GPRS have some shortcomings and the insufficiency in performance. The server of wireless remote monitoring system based on GPRS seamlessly polymerizes the completion port technology, based on Windows platforms, greatly improving the throughput of the server-side. Meanwhile, we put forward and realize a Self-Aadaptive wireless transmission control protocol based on GPRSS SAWTCP-GPRS. The protocol devise a series of configured parameters, resolving the upwards exception arised by GPRS network, upgrading the self adaptivity and stability. Moreover, the protocol has ability of distribute time synchronization. in"Improved Design of Remote Wireless Transmission Terminal using GPRS/GSM Integrated Network", Li Cheng, Ding TianHuai, Chen Ken got the result that in the commonly communication mode, the wireless transmission delay spread from 1.126s to 2.669s, the data losing rate fall from 6.94% to 0%. Our experiment show that with the SAWTCP-GPRS protocol, the wireless transmission delay spread from 0.077s to 9.798s equably, the data losing rate drop from 6.87% to 0% better than the mode without the SAWTCP-GPRS protocol. Because of the consumption of the frame processing, the delay rate of every frame raise from 5.36% to 7.47%.The result shows that the wireless acquisition and monitoring system realizes stable, orderly, error-free remote transmission in distributed environment, greatly improving the degree of urban automation information monitoring.
