With the global environment deteriorating, earthquakes, fires, hurricanes and other natural disasters, which make great harm to the global human production and life. Relief environment after disaster is very harsh, some of which are hard to reach and threat to human life and safety.More foot reptile can be well adapted to rough terrain through a number of years of biological evolution.Therefore, with eetles as the prototype of six feet, we have launched a biomimetic hexapod robot in a complex Geographical environment .The robot's data acquisition in the wild environment, data transmission and remote server storage is one of the key technologies of the whole robot system.This project has important theoretical and practical value on the multi-robot systems achieve.Against the background of the development of the bio-robot in this paper, a prototype model of the bio-robot is developed to carry out a number of tasks in the complex area. This prototype model consists of the system of prototype ontology, data acquisition system, the system of campaign execution and the system of remote control. The research and the design of the system of data acquisition and the remote control is the focus of this paper.(1) After the full investigation of the collected data object of the data acquisition system at this stage and the post project extensions, using the LPC2378 chip as a system master control CPU, this paper draws out a underlying hardware platform of the Robot data acquisition system.(2) The relevant bus driver designs, such as I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485 and SD card driver have been completed at this paper.(3) Completed a driver design of the communication between the master controller and GPS&GPRS modules(4) Developed a communication protocol of the upper and lower computer system between the data acquisition system and the system of remote control, the bottom of the robot can interact with the server based on this protocol.(5) Based on the VC and SQL, one important topic of this paper is the design of the server software. The network data received and analyzed by socket technology are stored in the database through ADO (database access technology) interface.(6) The server with the friendly man-machine interface met the requirements of the operating personnel to observe the real-time network data and query the historical data(7) Server software can achieve data acquisition and storage of more than one parallel sensor of multiple robots.After completed the hardware and software design work of the above functional modules, this paper tested the whole system. The results show that the system design are reasonable and scalability, as well as the maintainability of the software is also very strong and essential to achieve the expected features.
