Depth Reports On The Development Of China's Rule Of Law News Of The New Century

In the present time, the domestic research on the rule-of-law reporting mainly focused on the features, functions and development of the rule-of-law reporting, including the discussion about practice aspects, such as interviewing, writing, and editing. But these researches are all nearly about the whole circumstances of rule-of-law reporting, and it is difficult to find system research about the rule-of-law reporting of newspaper. The rule-of-law in-depth reporting is a kind of the rule-of-law reporting, and to research its features, tends, and problems has grate value to stimulate the rule-of-law reporting development, as well as Chinese rule-of-law constructing.Nanfang Weekend is a famous newspaper that gains much attention in China. It has been emphasizing the rule-of-law reporting since it was founded, and it is one of the newspapers that use changeless pages to report the rule-of-law news in the early times. It inaugurated "rule-of-law" page in 20th 90 times, which provide a good public praise and contributed a lot to the development of Chinese rule-of-law reporting. Besides, Nanfang Weekend is weekly publication, and it is good at in-depth reporting. Consequently, the rule-of-law in-depth reporting of Nanfang Weekend will be a good sample.The famous Page "the rule of law" and the rule-of-law reporting on the first page are my researching sample. This text use contents analysis and literature information to analyze its development trail, specialty and various causes during 2000 to 2009 years.In the first segment, this text introduces correlative conception and traces to the source of rule-of-law in-depth reporting, as well as Nanfang Weekend. The second segment is the focal point of this research. I analyze the present situation of rule-of-law in-depth reporting in Nanfang Weekend, and try to introduce its features and reasons of success. Finally, on the base of the above analysis, I think the positive and negative feature of Nanfang Weekend provide two sides experience to the whole development of rule-of-law in-depth reporting in China.
