With the rapid development and wide application of the network and multimedia technologies, digital products are transmitted widely, and it becomes more and more easier to reproduce, modify, destruct and so on, which leads to the intellectual property issues. As an effective means of copyright protection and content authentication of digital product, digital watermark has become a research hot in the international academic community. In recent years a large number of consumer digital audio and video products have used in the market, which makes the demand for video watermark is more and more urgent.Compared with previous standards, H.264/AVC video compression standard has many new features, is the most efficient video compression. According to H.264, two schemes that a fragile video watermark scheme based on motion vector and mode selection and bi-watermark based on intra and inter prediction are proposed in this paper.Fragile video watermark algorithm is described as follows: firstly,the watermark signature is generated by the block of energy in I frame; then combined with the human visual system, the watermark is embedded in macro block with a small split mode (8×8,8×4,4×8,4×4) in P frame, and finally select the motion vector with the best rate distortion performance by minimizing the Lagrangian function as an embedded point. The algorithm is simple; the extraction of the watermark does not require the original video. Experimental results demonstrates that the algorithm can achieve strong sensitive to the re-encoding and noise with little affect to video quality and bit rate.Bi-watermark algorithm embeds the robust watermark and fragile watermark into different location of video. The robust watermark is embedded into the luminance component of I frame, a 4×4 block is selected in each macro block according to texture complexity parameters, then a pair intermediate frequency is choose from the 4×4 block by prediction model.Finanly it decide the block with best rate distortion performance as residual block of watermark by Lagrangian function;Fragile watermark is embedded into the motion vector in macro block with a small split mode. This algorithm is simple and Efficient, Experimental results demonstrates that the robust watermark can achieve strong robustness to the re-encoding and noise while the fragile watermark achieve sensitive with little affect to video quality and bitrates.
