Digital Audio Intercom System Realization

With development of electronics information technology since the beginning of this century, network connection technology has been employed in military communication, which result in revolutionary of combat mode—NetCenter War(NCW). In order to meet NCW requirement,future airborne network is capable of realizing voice, data and image transmission, sharing and exchange in high mobile combat environment. Thus , information transmission and sharing could be effectively realized among air to air, air to ground, which result in air combat advantage. RS485 bus system has been employed in conventional digital intercom, which is easy expandable and convenient connection. However, for limitation of RS485 itself, with low data transmission rate, which is not able to establish network for digital equipments, RS485 could not be able to be connected to airborne information system directly, thus requirements of NCW could be met.As per application requirements of airborne digital intercom, various specifications has been analyzed in this project, key technologies concerned has been spicified and discussed. A kind of distributed non-centric digital intercom system has been developed, of which plug-and-play components could realize specified functions independently and coordinately. Data bus could offer 10/100M self-adapted exchangable Ethernet. Large scale IC, digital signal processing, active anti-noise, network communication and voice real-time realization and other techniques has been employed, featuring easy access, simplified installation, flexible function configuration, high reliability, convenient software upgrading, etc.
