Recently along with the development of large scale railway constructions, special bridge constructions increase and become technical, which causes the contradiction between drawing supply and construction period, meaning drawing demands exceeds supply. Drawing supply of special bridge constructions such as prestressed continuous rigid box girder is particularly understanding, often becoming the bottleneck of each long-distance mainline. The key problem restraining drawing supply is drawing reinforcement. So what is most important is how to programize design drawings of special bridge construction, and to improve working efficiency of bridge profession.This paper mainly explores automatic layout of steel, generation and management of two dimensional plan engineering drawing, including some CAD problems such as automatic dimensioning and layout. A three dimensional drawing platform is built on the basis of the three dimensional platform, and this system supplies finite element module of pre and post processing, and some basic additional construction analysis functions. Finally engineering examples are used to verify system feasibility, showing that by using this system, drawing efficiency is highly improved, man-made mistake is decreased, and deign and construction progress is integrated.
