Because people can not directlyobserve and test transportation and accumulation of naturalgas, so we use an indirect method to study water saturation, temperature, pressure and otherimportant parameters of the migration process. Then we research the law of natural gasmigrationandaccumulationbytheparameters.This paper, gas migration simulation test device experimental environment as thebackground, studies and implements water saturation detection, temperature and pressure dataacquisition system. Realize real-time data of water saturation, temperature, pressure acquisition,processingandstoragebytheplatformofMCGSControlSoftware.1. Based on a variety of tests, study the water saturation detection method based onresistance between the electrodes. This standard test is based on a fixed distance between theelectrode layout and the known water resistance and obtained standard curve by least squaresfitting.Watersaturationtestvalueareachievedbyresistanceandstandardcurve.2. Design the water saturation detection hardware and software systems. Hardware systemsinclude: multi-source water saturation test, 32 electrodes on the signal detection circuits, signalamplificationandshapingcircuits,ACRMStestandA/Dconverter,serialcommunicationcircuit,CPU central processing and peripheral circuits; software systems include: communicationmodule, detection module, A/D converter module, CPU module central processing andcomputingfunctions.3. Based on MCGS software environment, develop the natural gas migration andaccumulation of simulation test data acquisition system, realizing water saturation, temperatureand pressure data acquisition and control. System includes water container, gas container, twinconstant speed pumps, high pressure gas cylinders, the test model, back-pressure vessel,temperature sensors, pressure sensors, air pump, water pump and so on. System interfaceincludes: startup interface, data collection displaying interface, data report and curve interface,alarmdatainterface,historicaldatainterface.4. The data acquisition system has been put into practical application and results show that:the system has good performance and features, user-friendly, stable. Water saturation detectionmethod is correct. Parameters meet the expected accuracy of measurement and controlrequirements.
