At present, 3D dress fitting system has become one of the research focus, and in the three-dimensional dress CAD system, the virtual human is the key to the system, good anthropomorphic models modeling fashion style design directly affects the ease and performance effects. However, the personalized models mainly in the head model, and it's an important challenges for anthropomorphic modeling, which need build customer's personalized lifelike facial modeling. Although researchers have achieved some productions, but modeling reality head of a given person isall the same a difficult task because of the unregulation and complexity of head and face surface. In this paper, the existed methods of 3D head modeling had been analysised, and focused on the head methods that based on two orthogonal-view 2D face images. After studied the main steps and the key relational techniques, the following is researched.First of all, model thread analysis. According the request of the input images, The absolute need to provide two orthogonal face images, photos requires the background color is dark, such as blue, and also need two photos of the camera the same distance, and ignore the impact of factors such as facial expressions. The first use of the photo background, different face and hair colors, face contours and contours of ministry of the hair off respectively, were modeled on the face and hair. extracted the key points, namely, feature extraction : extraction feature from the given two-dimensional face photos, access to the head of the main features of points: the mouth, nose, chin, ears, eyes, etc..And then, the deformation method of facial modeling, hair modeling. Get the 3D file of a general head without fair from the modeling software Poser 6.0, and transform the data to the format adapted to the modeling needs. Combine the extracted head feature points from the first step, adjust its predefined features to fit the person's fine structures and outline morphologically in two respective views. And then the in dependently obtained three-dimensional hair model is put on the morphed bald head model to be the person's 3D geometrical face model. Finally, texture maps join and mapping. Mapping technologies multi-level mosaic to eliminate the side of the front face and the cracks generated when the chimeric model. And the process can be described as a quadratic interpolation based on local area polished. Then Map the texture to the personalized face model, given model smooth"skin"and combine with the obtained 3D hair model in the last step, a higher degree of personalized 3D realistic head model displayed.
