Shaoxing Red Cross Hospital Pharmacy Management System Design And Realization

To modernize a scientific management in hospital, it is common to use computer management system in the boost of high-tech development. It was inconvenient to gather statistics and inquire information under the traditional pharmacy management,which is easy to make the waste of resources. It is urgent to find the way to build a scientific pharmacy management system with advanced technology in order to improve the standard of services and working efficiency.This thesis summarizes the present pharmacy information management in shaoxing Red Cross hospital and analyses its business process and data flow. Based on the customers' s requirement we further put forward the corresponding solutions in the system. It is our basic design concept that can draw account stated in pharmacy based on the information of medicine receive, dispensing,declining back,lost report, stocktake and export of each process in the pharmacy management system. Medical staff can operate the real-time inquiry in the inventory system and set up the general pharmacy management by the alert amount of safety inventory to each drug in the separated system we design.The function of each module has been carried out in this thesis by investigate and survey,analysis,design and implement to complete the pharmacy management system. Single term inquiry or multiterm inquiry are both realized in this system to work better. We add the expire date of the medicine in this system to enforce the security of medicine. This is a dynamic management to prevent ADRS caused by outdated drugs. Each report can be automatically generated by the system,all kinds of data can be easily gathered to make the statistics more accurate. The system's User-friendly interface make it easily to be operated by a green hand.
