Bell invented the telephone in 1876, after more than a century of development, the telephone communication service already entered everyone. It becomes the essential important tool which is used by the national economic construction and social life, the telephone is used that the people exchanges the information. In the past two decades, the telephone technology and business has changed dramatically, such as, the correspondence place changed form the fixed location to the mobile place.We had already experienced the first generation of mobile communication and the digital second generation of mobile communication, now the mobile communication is third generation of the high speed data service, in the future, we will enter into the fourth generation, the fifth generation of mobile communication technology.Mobile communication terminal products is a complex electronic system, it is the more coverage and professional, this paper studied in the basics of the hardware, the basic structure of the module introduces the basic functions of the role and functions to be performed, descripted the circuit design of each function methods and techniques by a large number of actual circuit. Functional specifications of each product vary, but the basic design idea and method is the same, the purpose of this paper is to study the design basis, and to provide reference for the other, and it can not be complete and can not cover all.This article mainly introduces the following several aspects:1) Introduced the mobile communication history, and the differences between a few generation mobile communications.2) Introduced the human-machine interface of the mobile communication terminal product, including the display function, the input/output function as well as the charger function and so on, and explained the designing method by the aplicable circuit.3) Introduced the interface function of the mobile communication terminal product, including the simulation speech input/output function, the temperature test and the other auxiliary ADC test function, as well as the functions such as debugging, software downloading, image digital interface function, and explained the designing method by the aplicable circuit.4) Introduced the base design of radio frequency about impedance matching and the impedance garden chart application method. Introduce the foundation plate structure of the radio frequency.
