Design And Implementation Of Digital Hospital Out-patient System Based On Prepaid Mode

Prepaid payment mode digital hospital outpatient management information system is a patient-centered integrated management information system which is based on the actual application of Shandong Provincial Hospital, referring to outpatient information system specific programs indicated in "Shandong Provincial Hospital Information System Development Planning", combined with its own characteristics and concrete management practices of outpatient work and hospital processes, adapting advanced design concepts and development techniques for establishing a set of management information system referring to every links of outpatient.This thesis adopts Rational Unified Process, using C/S structure and the Unified Modeling Language as the analysis and design description language with combinations of COM+and ORACLE. This system builds an access control subsystem based on the role access control model, authenticating the user identity to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information. After the requirement research in details about hospital outpatient processes, starting with requirement analysis, system architecture design and detailed design are completed. The system is ultimately divided into five subsystems which include settlement system, doctor workstation, nurse workstation, drugstore system and medical technology system.In the system requirement analysis, reasonable samples and activity analysis models of the system have been established to specify overall operations and business processes in detail, described the functions of five modules and the relationship among them, analyzed and discussed the practical difficulties and details on the implementation of outpatient processing management, and described concretely the management of the patient card and prepaid payment in settlement system. Database table and designing model of the system are obtained from structural design and database design; meantime conclusion is reached by designing test links and analyzing the result.At the moment, the system has been running successfully in the Provincial Hospital outpatient and optimized the hospital outpatient process, which improves efficiency of outpatient medical workers, standards medical action, and promotes patient satisfaction too.
