With the rapid development of Internet, using the electronic information technology becomes the trend of world development. And it is also one of the trends of educational management development. College registration information management has been an important part of college management work because it is accurate and complex. Shan dong sport college registration information management work was done manually at first, and then used by computer program assisted simply in recent times. The traditional way of registration administration work is done by the way that the examinee fills in the application form first, and then the office staff inputs the information of each examinee into the database stored in the computer. With the numbers of examinees increasing greatly, its labor strength is very high and its efficiency is very low. Furthermore, it is easy to be wrong and is not convenient to information publishing, information query, and information summary and information analysis. Moreover, the examinees come from everywhere, who directly goes to the school to do something about enrollment, which will be very inconvenient. As a result, it is urgently needed to a college admission information management system based on network digital informationization.In order to improve registration work efficiency,and improve registration information of candidates for exam accuracy and credibility. In this thesis, based on the plenty of survey and research on the college's registration work, combined with the practical requirements of registration, we designed and implemented an online registration information system using J2EE open source framework in B/S structure. The system is done from the software engineering side. Requirement analysis is done on the registration work at first, and then the system's overall framework and modules are constructed. Then through system analysis using UML, function models are set up. The system is divided into six function modules:online registration, the scene for registration, the qualification of examinee to audit, the image of examinee to gather and the charge to confirm, the examination room to arrange, the test permit to print. On the basis of these analyses, the MVC design pattern is used, the registration management work is implemented by the struts light weight framework of J2EE as a B/S structure application. The paper is elaborated the overall processes from requirement analysis, system analysis to system implementation.The online registration system provides more convenient, faster, and more reliable and more secure services according to taking the advantage of network sufficiently. Meanwhile, it also makes registration work more sequenced, more standardization and more systematization. As a result, it greatly improves work efficiency and management level and it reduces the workload of the registration officer staff to enable them out of the complex and trivial job. Thus, the system can meet the urgent need of the society, and save an enormous amount of time and reduce the heavy burdens of schools. Furthermore, the system constructed has many advantages such as scalability, reusability, transportability and being easy to maintain system to expand online registration system's functions and application scope.
