Analysis And Design Of Training Management Information System Of China Post Group Training Center

With the unceasingly thorough postal system reform, the continuous developing business, China Post Group proceed rapidly new business, strengthen management and service capacity of staff in order to maintain the position of leader of domestic postal services. So it is particularly important of operations, management, service and other training for the staff. The training missions of China Post Group Training Center increased year by year, the requirements for the scientific processing and analysis of training information also increase. It is necessary to strengthen information technology of Post training to ensure the smooth development of the training, the rational allocation of training resources and implementation of organization and management, to improve work efficiency and make scientific analysis to provide reference to carry out the future training work as well as the development of postal services.In this paper, it takes training management business of China Post Group Training Center as the example to discuss the requirements of training management, and propose the necessity and the overall design of the training management information system round the implementation of the training management information system project. Through the analysis of the training business process of China Post Group Training Center, it proposes the design proposal of the training management information system and focuses on the specific analysis and functional realization of each module in the development process of the system.The paper mainly completed the demand analysis and overall functional design of training management information system, including system architecture, database selection, and the choice of development methodology. And it completed the design of functions, including the functional design of eight modules such as system management module, the personal information module, parameter maintenance module, teacher management module, course management module, class management module, student management module and statistical analysis module.The training management information system had a trial run in China Post Group Training Center, passed the test smoothly and achieved a good effect of use. The system is fully in accordance with the requirements of training business management and gets the users'high praise.
