A Research About The Layout Characteristics And Countermeasures Of The Advantages And Potential Advantages Of Chinese Athletics

Track and field sports are the fundamental events of competitive sports."People who have track and field have the world"," Track and field is the mother of sports" have always been a true portrayal of the importance of athletics. The past two decades saw a remarkable achievement in China's competitive sports, especially in the2008Olympic Games in Beijing, China ranked first among the medals table with51gold medals. However, while we have made these results, we have to face a relatively embarrassing situation, that is, China's track and field athletics level lags far behind the level of other projects. To end this, we must seriously analyze the existing problems of China's track and field events as well as the layout features of competitive events and latent advantage events and make appropriate developing strategies to enhance the competitive level of our track and field sports.In this paper, document materials, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and expert interviews and other research methods are used to conduct a systematic analysis of China's top eight results of track and field sports on1-13th world championships and23-29thOlympic Games to find the existing problems in China's Track and Field sports. The analyze of these issues helps to find out the competitive events and latent advantage events of China's track and field sports, make athletics training more specific and clear and provide some reference as to further enhance the level of China's track and field sports.The results showed that:(1) the overall strength of China's track and field sports has improved, but there is still a gap compared to the world powers.(2)the level of men's events is still not as good as the women's events of China's track and field sports and the phenomenon "yin excesses yang" has not been fundamentally improved.(3)the competitive events and latent advantage events of China's track and field sports can be divided as follows: no competitive events in men's events;110meters hurdles, jumping, heel-and-toe walking race and other items can be classified as the latent advantage events in men's events; women's competitive events include women heel-and-toe walking race, distance running, throwing and other projects; women's latent advantage events is women jumping.(4)the existing problems of China's track and field sports:first, the lack of outstanding track and field coach team; second,"Clark phenomenon" still exists among Chinese athletes; third, China's outstanding track and field athletes have shorter life span; fourth, the lack of reserves of talents of China's track and field sports.China's track and field results in the previous world championships and Olympic Games and the layout features of competitive events and latent advantage events of China's track and field sports help put forward the following recommendations:(1) develop the men's events vigorously while making efforts to develop women's events in order to achieve balanced development of men's and women's events;(2) give priority to the stability and development of the competitive events such as women heel-and-toe walking race, distance running, throwing and so on, then the development of the latent advantage events such as men's110meters hurdles, men's jumping, women's jumping and so on, and finally the development of our inferior events——sprint;(3) establish a highly professional, skilled in teaching coach team of track and field sports;(4)adjust the strategic objectives,"use games to practice", to overcome the "Clark phenomenon" among the athletes;(5)establish a sound training system for track and field athletes and strengthen the training of reserve forces of track and field sports;(6) Attaches great importance to the track and field project which is more technical, look for Chinese athletes' own characteristics of the" effectiveness" of technology, make the athlete's physical ability and skills to achieve the perfect combination.
