On Durkheim's Theory Of Collective Consciousness

This Paper is a research about Durkheim's collective consciousness, reviewing the origin and function analysis of collective consciousness, the collective consciousness has the important position in the whole social thought system of Durkheim. Through reading Durkheim's important works, "the collective consciousness" is an important concept as a starting point, using document analysis and comparative history to discuss the thought's origin, connotation, functional analysis of collective consciousness, and later generations' criticism and beyond as the main line of research, how to study the relationship of personal and social is very key, and how to solve this problem.Through the Durkheim's important works about the collective consciousness of content analysis, I want to explore the important functions of collective consciousness in the macro, moderate, micro individuals, showing the important position of collective consciousness in Durkheim's academic career.This paper also discusses the realistic and effect of the collective consciousness and as a summary in the context of China, there are many similar scenarios between the transformation of China and Durkheim's living society in French, China wants to realize the perfect harmony of industrialization and modernization road, Durkheim's thought of collective consciousness has a lot of references for us, and will provide a good help for the contemporary social unity and the reconstruction of belief system.
