It has great meanings for Universities to do well in human power resources managements, which are matrix and service station for human power resources. With the trends of economic globalization, the competition of comprehensive national strength mainly display in the competition of science and education and human power resources in the new century. The universities have the compulsory responsibility to make our country transform from big human power resources country to strong human power resources one. So it is the prime guarantee for the universities to perform their historical missions to improve the level of their human power resources management.The psychological contracts are invisible bridge between the teachers and the administration, which play an important demonstration and direction roles in university human power resources managements. The emergence of human power resource management practice in China was very late, and the imprint of planned economy is much obvious. So, there are many problems in our teacher management in universities, such as unreasonable systems of introducing new persons, nonstandard assessment criterions, and faulty distribution systems. We introduce the psychological contracts theory which was widely applied in firms'managements into the practice of university teacher management through using the successful experiences and modus operandi in universities abroad. We constructed teachers'performance management based on the psychological contracts and put forwards the strategy of performance management by the model of performance management. Base on the research foregoing, we combined the management of profession life, and explored a scheme of teachers'profession life management with the idiographic characteristics of teachers in university.The possible innovation of this essay is that we introduce the latest production of psychological contracts into the practice of universities'human power resources management. And with combining with the actual management practice, we applied the theory into dynamic managements, and we explored the idea of performance and profession life managements based on psychological contracts.
