In the global information age, the development of the knowledge, the economics and the society could not do without the computer, multimedia and the related carrier. Each kind of information technology (IT) tools has become the important means for people to live and work gradually. The education and training of IT have emerged and grew rapidly. A variety construction of network courses of basic science have matured gradually because of its time and space superiority to meet the demand of many students to study, spread, review and consolidate knowledge anytime, anywhere. It also soon found favor in the eyes of many teachers and parents. However, we found that there is no network courses of IT for junior high school through the research and analysis, this study has a certain innovation in the field. In addition, we have done a survey for the junior middle school students and teachers about the education of IT. we learned that most of the current information technology courses used a single teaching methods and had very limited class time in the teaching process. So it is difficult to carry out daily teaching for teachers and learning the real IT skills for students. The idea of building the network course of the IT for Juniors has received widely supported.Firstly, we have analyzed the study background of the network course of IT, and learned its present state both domestic and overseas to summarize the necessity and the positioning of this study. Secondly, we have demonstrated the feasibility of the study from the theoretical and technical. Third, we have done a investigation for the teachers and students of the junior middle school to find the question which existed in the teaching of IT, and proposed that the corresponding solution. We also formulated the principle of design and the strategy based on it. Finally, we took the IT courses for grade seven as the example, completed the design and implementation of the network courses. It mainly includes six modules, such as Course Overview module, Teacher and producing teams profiles module, Learning modules, Help module, Login module and Management module. It can provide students with abundant and effective learning materials that easy to understand, easy to operate and provide teachers with teaching platform after class to communicate with students and simulation tests through the interaction of the six modules.Experimental studies have shown that this network courses can goes well. It not only can be used for assisting and consolidating the classroom teaching, also can train the students who have interests of information technology to take it as one kind of specialty to develop.
