The Civilization Construction In Ethnic Areas Based On The New Rural Construction

Countryside custom civilization is an important part of the construction of new socialist countryside , it is also the strategical choice for carrying out the construction of new socialist rural areas smoothly and advancing the modernization of our country successfully. New countryside needs cultural life style, advanced ideas, healthy entertainments, harmonious environment, clear-cut country custom. To build harmonious country society, to narrow down the gap between city and village, to accelerate the development and advancement of the countryside, agriculture and farmers can not come true without people's live and work in peace, without the silent transforming influence of cultural custom in the wide country areas. In most part of our country the new rural construction limit to economics but neglect the spirits. In minority areas of China the problems are more serious. Because of economic conditions and the impact of traditional culture, the development of custom civilization is very slow. Also it meets a lot of obstruction.
