The behavior of Student Classroom Silence and Expression has an important impact on teaching effectiveness. Under the influence of traditional thinking, the right of speaking of students in classroom is silent, but with the continuous progress of curriculum reform, our classroom become more and more active, in some class, we even can't see a student in silence, silence seemed more precious than before, and our students began to call "Please give me the right of silence." How can schools and Teachers to make a balance between students silence and expression is become a generally concern.This study based on the educational phenomenon of students classroom silence and expression, deep into the primary school classroom to observe the silence and expression of behavior of students, and make records in detail, combined with document analysis and interviews we can collected most of data on student classroom behavior of expression and silence. After have a clear understanding on the current situation of student classroom silence and expression, the author use the sociology of educational theories and other related theories for analysis, and to discuss the factors of students classroom silence and expression. Positive expression of students is a pursuit of classroom teaching, but the students classroom silence is also a inevitable phenomenon, so under the premise of respecting of students classroom silence, teachers should take effective strategies to guide students to an active classroom expression, only in this way that can we make a improve in classroom teaching, and our student have a Comprehensive development.This paper includes four parts:PartⅠ:Introduction. Mainly discussed and clarifications for the reason of research selection, relevant literature review, relevant concepts and purpose of the study, methods and processes.PartⅡ:Classroom behavior of students in the classroom field. The classroom is the variety of capital and power and the carrier of the conflict. In the classroom Field, the teacher according to the code of conduct and punishment as the basis, the body of student as the application point and words as the carrier to regulate the behavior of students match their own behavior standard.PartⅢ:the description and analysis of current situation of student classroom behavior. Under the teacher's classroom discourse hegemony, majority of students is silent. According to discourse deprivation, effective control and awareness of students and other means, the teachers keep control of the rights of speaking of students. Under this circumstance, what the student can do is obeying in silence. In the class, the right of speaking of student is passive given, which make students feel serious lack of freedom. In order to cater to teachers, there even turn up a phenomenon that the student expresses inveracity in class. Facing of the constraints of teachers, students will also compete for their rights through the game, moderately adjustment and other means. In a word, Class is carried out under he control and anti-control of teachers and students.PartⅣ:The types and influencing factors of Student classroom silence and expression. From Causes of student's classroom silence, silent type can generally be divided into ignorance silent, helplessness silent, worried silent, thinking silent, environmental silent and compliance silent. From the student's subjective wishes, it can summarized students classroom expression as aggressive, performance-based, fear-based and other six types. The influencing factors of Student classroom silence and expression are mainly at this four aspects:teachers of factors, including communication styles of teachers, responding habits, teaching styles and the relationship of teachers and students; the factors of students themselves, including student self-concept, gender language characteristics, learning styles, the existing level of knowledge and learning habits; classroom environmental factors, mainly refers to the classroom atmosphere and class sizes; cultural factors, including face-saving awareness, the concept of authority, humility attitude, seeking common ideology and traditional culture of silence identity. Silence and Expression of the classroom behavior of students is affected by the comprehensive effects of these factors.PartⅤ:Conclusion. Respect silence and encourage expression. Teachers should change the traditional concept of teaching and management, adjust the rules of classroom behavior and improve the evaluation system. A Wonderful class is the class that the students can express and keeps silence freely and appropriately.
